Setting Up Outlook Express
- With Outlook Express in Windows (click here for Mac) up and
running on your computer select Accounts... from the Tools menu.

- This brings up the Internet Accounts window.

- Click Add button and choose Mail from the fly out menu.

- The Internet Connection Wizard will come up to walk you through
the process. Enter your name in the "Display name:"
text box. This is the name people will see when they receive your
mail. Click Next...

- Enter your email address (the one you have/will set up using
the Mail Manager on the server). This is your return address.
Click Next...

- Enter POP3 or IMAP in the incoming mailing server type. If you
are in doubt, just use POP3 (also known as POP). Then enter your
domain name for the Incoming mail server name. The SMTP server
can be a little tricky. We recommend using the SMTP server provided
by your ISP since some ISPs prevent the use of third party SMTP
servers. You can try using your domain name here but if you can't
send email, this may be the culprit. Click Next...

- Now enter the name of your new email box in the the Account
name text box. One common mistake is that people put in the "mailbox@domain.com"
rather than just "mailbox". Put your password into the
Password text box. We recommend checking the "Remember Password"
box. Click Next...

- Almost done! Click Finish to bring you back to the Internet
Accounts pop up window.

- You may wish to set your new email box as the default box that
will be used by Outlook Express. Highlight the Account name and
click the "Set as Default" button. Finally click the
"Close" button.

- You may not set up more email boxes as you wish.
